Long-Tek

Long-Tek is a semiconductor technology enterprise supported by the Fujian Provincial Government. We are the first integrated circuit design and packaging testing company in Longyan City. We possess internationally leading and domestically advanced capabilities in the research and development of power device chips, as well as high-tech capabilities in packaging manufacturing and chip sales. Our research and development team currently consists of 1 Ph.D. and 4 Master's degree holders. In 2018, our company was selected as one of the innovative teams for the sixth batch of the "Hundred Talents Program" in Fujian Province. Our headquarters is located in the Longyan National Economic and Technological Development Zone (High-tech Zone) in Fujian Province, covering an area of 1500 square meters. We have a power device chip CP testing cleanroom and finished product testing laboratory, as well as offices in Shanghai and Shenzhen serving the South China and East China markets. We have formed strategic cooperation with well-known domestic and foreign wafer fabs in the field of wafer foundry, particularly achieving significant results in the import substitution of SGT MOS and LOW VF trench SBD (TMBS). The research and development team of Fujian Long-Tek Electronics is dedicated to the development of new power device products in the fields of dynamic lithium battery protection, new energy vehicle electronics, consumer electronics, and power tools. We mainly sell MOSFET and SBD chips, providing 6-inch and 8-inch wafers, as well as finished products in different packaging forms.
